The fact the pool still isn't open in June is insane. There were place in Plaza that im now looking at that had their pools and HOT TUB open in March. Also, the stair wells are disgusting. Powerwashing may help or a fresh coat of paint.

From the time entered into the leasing office, I felt welcome and that this was a place I could lay my head (Home). The leasing agent Nyaisha was very helpful in sharing what the Wandry was all about. The tour was great and the enthusiasm she had was very welcoming.

I love my studio and the location of the apartments. Also, the amenities are very fitting for my personal interests. I especially love the gym, content, and podcast studios.

It’s been a decent experience. The gate issues have been by far the worst part when they weren’t working correctly. It would be nice to have community BBQs during the summer.

My apartment has been great. Mr friends love the space in the mill building with the exposed brick and timbers. The pool is great because it isn’t in the middle of the building like so many multifamily new constructions. It’s get sun all day which is a game changer. The gym is incredible

We love our unit and the staff here! Some disappointing aspects from the last year: 1. Continued inoperation of the parking gates, despite multiple emails indicating that they would be operational soon. 2. Continued broken exit door near the elevator, despite sign saying it would be fixed. 3. Inconsistent operation of WiFi in the gym. 4. Staff not responding to emails or messages in the portal. 5. Callboxes have never worked in our time here.

I really enjoyed my time at this apartment! The space was comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic, offering everything I needed. However, the parking situation was a bit inconvenient at times, as spaces were limited and not always easily accessible. Overall, it was a great place to live.

Love living here, the staff is so attentive and friendly. Really lucked out getting to live here. The common areas are always clean and the coffee bar is stocked 25/8. Thank you all!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The building has a unique and cool interior. Very nice amenities, notably the gym stands out as being much nicer in comparison to other similar properties.

I ve been very satisfied with this building. My only real complaint is the amount of heat that comes off the windows, but that is a tradeoff for having massive windows. The staff is great, the location is great and the apartments are big and well built. Very little issues with noise either. I do wish the parking lot bars actually worked to help cut down on weekend parking of non residents.

I am enjoying living at NoDa Wandry, but repairs are not being made. I three cases, I have put in services orders and they have been marked completed without the problems being solved. Also doors in both buildings are not closing by themselves. For residents' security, that should be a top priority.

Overall really enjoyed living here. The huge ceilings and windows are a delight to have. It was nice to switch to a direct package system instead of having to deal with Fetch as well. I do wish the windows were better insulated and I would love to have a coffee machine in the mill building mail area. Some issues with people smoking as well, but that seems to have been taken care of by the staff which is great. Towing enforcement in the parking lot has been great as well, so many more spots open at night and on the weekends.

love being conventionally placed by the Lynx. Makes the commute across Charlotte not only easy, but fun and exciting. With a beautiful transit lounge to wait for the train is perfect for those rainy days .

Great location, beautiful historical building right in the heart of noda and very pedestrian and pet friendly. Not a massive chain store in sight and everything is local. My favorite place I've ever lived in. Feels like a Pinterest dream

Daniel and Kate in the leasing office were absolutely amazing. The charisma, and conversation was so friendly and welcoming. Running through the amenities the Wandry has to offer is probably a mundane part of their day but they allowed me to express the excitement I was feeling throughout two separate tours.

Wandry is a great living area. I love the location moving from the northeast it gives a at home feeling here in the south. The amenities are great when they are open. The building is quite complete but I’m sure once everything is once and the final touches are put in place this building will be one of the best buildings Charlotte noda area has to offer

Noda Wandry has been a mixed bag after moving in. Despite being told otherwise, construction was still underway in our building and the community when we moved in. I can't say I found this surprising, but it led to some disappointment in not being able to use the pool, hearing construction, and a huge inconvenience in getting mail. The trash and recycling situation has been a mess since movein. I also resent paying for trash valet when I live next to the trash room and hate that trash valet causes stinky trash to be put out in the apartment hallways. Fetch sucks. I send my packages to a friend's house now instead of dealing with it. Please switch to package lockers or any other option. Check their Google reviews. Not great to be associated with them. Ethernet situation is poor. I shouldn't have to guess which of 16 wires goes to the ports I am trying to use. All that being said, the apartment itself is nice. Walls are very thin though. Staff has also been great.

Overall, really liked it here so far. The community is nice, the location is fantastic, and I love the high ceilings and big windows. The apt is huge too and have no issues with noise from any neighbors. On the downside, the air flow in the apartment isn't great, with my bedroom always being scorching or freezing and the lights from the parking lot being WAY too bright at night. Overall, very solid experience and I enjoy living her.

I love living here! There are so many amenities to use and am in walking distance from downtown NoDa which is amazing! My favorite amenity is the gym because it has everything you could possibly need to do any workout.

This place has it all, from location to amenities to the staff. It’s amazing all the way through. The gym is spectacular and has top of the line equipment, even a workout mirror. The clubhouse lounges are excellent as well.

This community along with the amazing staff has been nothing but great! They ensure the property is well maintained, that they have events for us, and that they keep us up to date on any important information. A huge part of where we choose to stay is also based on the staff and let’s just say…..they don’t disappoint here :-)

I really like the layout and design of my apartment, however, given that my partner and I are the first tenants in our unit and some of the first in our building as a whole, there have been some issues. The major ones being that our washer broke the first night we moved in, and our dishwasher has been inoperable and will not turn on even though we have not used it once. There are also issues with the doors to enter the building, and the two doors closest to our apartment have not been programmed. The maintenance manager George has been super helpful though, and I’m happy that the staff of the building is able to make up where the contractors/ builders have lacked. Overall, I’m glad that we chose NoDa Wandry as our home, and I’m looking forward to the kinks of being in a new building getting worked out.
