The fact the pool still isn't open in June is insane. There were place in Plaza that im now looking at that had their pools and HOT TUB open in March. Also, the stair wells are disgusting. Powerwashing may help or a fresh coat of paint.

From the time entered into the leasing office, I felt welcome and that this was a place I could lay my head (Home). The leasing agent Nyaisha was very helpful in sharing what the Wandry was all about. The tour was great and the enthusiasm she had was very welcoming.

I love my studio and the location of the apartments. Also, the amenities are very fitting for my personal interests. I especially love the gym, content, and podcast studios.

It’s been a decent experience. The gate issues have been by far the worst part when they weren’t working correctly. It would be nice to have community BBQs during the summer.

Everything is going good so far!! I like that we are in the Mill building. Close to the dog park. Love that there are numerous cute ships close by

My apartment has been great. Mr friends love the space in the mill building with the exposed brick and timbers. The pool is great because it isn’t in the middle of the building like so many multifamily new constructions. It’s get sun all day which is a game changer. The gym is incredible

Everything is great. Definitely the best apartment building I've lived in. Really helps to have such kind staff who clearly care about the quality of this place.

We love our unit and the staff here! Some disappointing aspects from the last year: 1. Continued inoperation of the parking gates, despite multiple emails indicating that they would be operational soon. 2. Continued broken exit door near the elevator, despite sign saying it would be fixed. 3. Inconsistent operation of WiFi in the gym. 4. Staff not responding to emails or messages in the portal. 5. Callboxes have never worked in our time here.
